This is a plain-language summary, written to be genuinely readable. It isn’t a substitute for a full legal review, which we’ll complete before any commercial launch.

Using Mind Vitality

Mind Vitality is for your own personal use and enjoyment. One account per person, please, and please keep your sign-in details to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Please don’t scrape, automate, or resell our puzzles or content, or try to disrupt the service for other people. Everyone here is trying to have a nice time with a puzzle.

Not medical advice

Mind Vitality is a puzzle and habit-building product, not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice. See our science page for an honest account of what the evidence does and doesn’t support. If you have concerns about your memory or thinking in daily life, please talk to your doctor.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, when you choose one, follow the promises on our Fair Deal: no card needed for the free tier, a reminder email before every renewal, one-click cancellation, and prorated refunds within 14 days of a charge, no questions asked.

Your content

Anything you post in a club, comment, or message stays yours — you’re just giving us permission to show it to the people it’s meant for. Our puzzles, articles, and design are ours; please don’t republish them elsewhere.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from Data & privacy in your account settings. We may suspend an account that’s being used to abuse the service or other members, but we’ll always try a friendly word first.

No guarantees, sensibly stated

We work hard to keep Mind Vitality reliable, but like any online service we can’t promise it will never have a hiccup, and we can’t be responsible for losses beyond what you’ve paid us. Nothing here limits any rights you have that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll say so clearly on this page, with a new date, before the change takes effect.
